So, met with the new surgeon. He's definitely all-business, but I don't mind that. His staff however, holy cow, rude! I'm trying to stick it out with this group.
His insurance coordinator submitted my file to insurance before everything was included. I had wanted to talk to her about everything BEFORE it was submitted, but was headed off by their surgery coordinator who told me I was being impatient. So, now I talked ot her AFTER it was submitted and told her it was denied last time because the medical clearance letter was missing. She just said we'd have to wait until it was denied again and then submit it. If they'd listened to me we could have avoided the denial and saved a lot of time I'm sure.
Hoping it gets better. I'm so tired of the requirements, the office staff, the insurance company, everything...
